Out of the concrete box...
...and into the clear cold water! First ocean swim of the season at Veteran's Park in Redondo Beach, just two short 1/4 mile repeats in clear green (in a nice way) 60 degree water. And dolphins! though they stayed away from us.

Dolphins!!! Where was I? Why didn't I get an invitation? Besides that fact that you don't really know me. Nice job, I'm planning a swim to get TriChef used to the ocean, he just doesn't know about it yet. Sounds like a great day.
I miss the ocean. Lakes with alligator sightings just aren't the same!
